Enjoy a guided tasting of diverse coffee varieties from Mexico, featuring beans from different regions and production systems. This event will bring together CFANS students and faculty for a unique coffee-tasting experience combined with an educational presentation on coffee systems in Mexico. The gathering aims to foster connections across departments, celebrate interdisciplinary learning, and explore the cultural and agricultural significance of coffee.
