Agroecology, or the ecology of food systems, sits at the intersection of food, community, and politics. CFANS graduate students—including LAAS PhD candidate Jennifer Nicklay—are inspired by the movement toward a more just food system, and they have proposed a pedagogy to train future agroecologists like themselves. Read the publication in Sustainable Food Systems.
