GIS, Lidar, Remote sensing, Natural resources, Water quality, Soil conservation
Since 1999, I've worked throughout the University system to provide geospatial support to students, faculty, and staff for a wide variety of disciplines. I provide support tools and training resources, as well as project assistance across several campuses for those with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), lidar, and remote sensing needs. I have served leadership roles at the state level for lidar acquisition, GIS coordination amongst state, federal, and local agencies, and was the State of Minnesota's lead educator for lidar support this past decade. Currently, I serve on several committees at the state level to help shape the future of Minnesota's geomatics capabilities, and serve Soil, Water, and Climate, as well as the University's interests in securing GIS/lidar data and training materials.
