Title: "Supply Chain Approaches to Accounting for Environmental Outcomes on Working Farms"
Abstract: Working farms continue to receive pressure to account for and improve environmental outcomes while also improving production. Environmental outcomes often include local concerns around water quality and global interests in reduced greenhouse gas emissions. The public sector has been and continues to be involved in the delivery of conservation to improve environmental outcomes on working farms. In recent years, the private sector has had a growing interest and role in improving environmental outcomes for working farms. This presentation will go over case study examples of applied science being used by supply chain partners to quantify environmental outcomes on working farms.
