Experience All Traditions (EAT) Night is the mid-winter party for everyone related to the Soil, Water, and Climate department to get together, eat amazing food, and learn more about each other's traditions and experiences. Formerly known as International Night, EAT Night is a chance to celebrate the diverse and varied cultural identities that each member of the department brings to the (dinner) table.
This year, as expected, things will look a little different. Sadly, we will have to forego the potluck, but we will not be foregoing the food! There will be three main aspects to our 2021 Virtual EAT Night.
