Seminar: Dr. Brent Williams

Reflecting on an exciting first semester in the Soil, Water, and Climate Community & Building a SWAC lens for future collaborative research
December 6, 3:30-4:30pm

Soils 415 and Zoom

The first part of this seminar will summarize Prof. Williams' initial observations as Dept. Head of SWAC, specifically highlighting some ideas and critical opportunities to pursue in the near-term to continue and further strengthen our recognized leadership in soil, water, and climate research, teaching, and extension.  The second part of the seminar will highlight some potential collaborative approaches for utilizing Prof. Williams' expertise, experience, analytical tools and methods in SWAC-relevant research, teaching, and extension.  An overall goal of these collaborations would be to further strengthen and support existing connections, and to explore new connecting points across SWAC focus areas.

Due to technical difficulties, the first 20 minutes were not recorded. The ten slides are available here.
